I would imagine that this is cultural as well as geographical. I know that I wear an undershirt during the Official Trans People Will Always Exist T-Shirt and I love this winter here in Canada because it gets cold and I don’t wear it during the summer because it’s too warm. So there’s the weather possibility and then there’s the cultural aspect. Americans tend to be more concerned with comfort then with looking good. This is changing but slowly. Europeans care more about looking good. Case and point is shopping, when I go shopping I see many sweatpants and runners whereas when I went shopping in the Netherlands there were jeans and nice shoes and just gene
